Dear new co-workers:
I know that I am younger and you may think I’m a little bit of an idiot because of that, but please…all of these notes back and forth to me and having people sit in on my calls because you want to make sure that I’m providing good customer service? I’m a little over it.
Before coming here, I had 4+ years of customer service experience. Probably more face to face than you realize. I was also trained in customer service by the Walt Disney Co. They may or may not have that as a top priority and therefore train the best and expect the best.
In conclusion, I know how to handle myself in front of customers and always provide top of the line service.
Back up off me, bro.
